Market launches. A majority of my clients leverage my strategic work to launch products or the company itself. We focus the launch to accelerate time-to-revenue in the most compelling and efficient manner possible. Fund raising and investment. Growing businesses need fuel. I support client fund raising activities with strategic and positioning work, as well as 'on the road' support as needed. My goal is to drive the highest possible valuation from preferred, knowledgeable investors.
Business development. I work with clients to define key partner targets at a strategic and tactical level. We also identify targets for merger or acquisitions, and the optimum strategy for a successful event.
