That's why I don't have standard processes or templates for consulting work. Zero Gravity Workshops
Zero Gravity workshops are designed for executive and management teams, sales and marketing teams or for small to mid-size business owners who want to sustainable grow their business.
Three workshops are available:
- Zero GForce Workshops teach you and your teams to thnk differently about your business strategy, value and markets. Based on the Principles of Flight defined in my book Defy Gravity, Zero G's focus on immediately identifying gravity within your organization, ditching that gravity and moving forward to define an optimum flight plan, leveraging your best Value Mix and Market opportunities.
- Rolling Thunder Workshops I’ve used Rolling Thunder launches for over two decades now. They’ve worked for my clients and they can work for you as well. Rolling Thunder workshops help you define the steps and practices to create Rolling Thunder launches for your business – whether you’re in a product or a service market. You’ll learn how to define and execute a market launch to create momentum before, during, and after your actual announcement. You'll also learn how to continue to instill Rolling Thunder thinking as part and parcel of your market launches going forward.
- It's Not About You Workshops Positioning is probably the most important thing you’ll do in your business life. After all, the best product rarely wins – we all know that. People buy because of their perceptions, and perceptions are created and manipulated through positioning stories. The right positioning focus will attract prospects and customers to your door, and keep them coming back. This workshop focuses on identifying a positioning matrix, including your 3 Pivot Points, that empowers you to tell a compelling, succint and consistent story - tuned to your individual audiences.
Workshops are conducted as interactive learning segments, team and individual exercises and group brainstorming sessions. Workshops range from 2 days to 4 day sessions (split into two 2-day sessions) to longer, depending on your business situation and desired results.
